The Create tour editor contains a variety of tools that allow you to create or start editing a virtual tour, save and open project, restore tour to control point, restore published tour for edit. Additionaly there are the instrument that allows to change the number of panoramas and their order in the tour.
You can open any tour created in krano or create a new one.
When you first open the tour, the program will add the necessary code fragments for editing tour and creating various objects in the tour (galleries, infoboxes, maps, etc.).
Note: цhile the tour is open in the editor it works only in html5 (html5:only). Close the tour in the editor so that it can work in flash (html5:prefer).
You can select the type of the tour: multires, normal, VR. The default is multires. If you do not have special purposes - leave the default settings.
Images can be in different folders.
It is not necessary to add all the panoramas to the tour at once. You can always add or remove panoramas from the ready tour.
You can create a tour in any folder where there is no subdirectory vtour. By default, the program will offer to create a tour in the folder with the last selected panorama.
Note: you can select the option to update the tour to the selected version of the krpano. All plugins will also be upgrade.
When you have created or opened a tour for editing, you can save the project.
The project can be saved in any directory. It will have the extension .tcrproj.
In the future, you can open the project without specifying the path to the krpano or html file.
When editing, you can restore the project to the last saved point. All intermediate steps will be deleted.
Note: This function makes sense when deleting large changes. You can edit or delete any created item at any time.
Select the file with the extension .tcrproj to open the tour for edit.
Click this button to open the last tour you worked on in the program. The tour may not be saved as a project.
Clicking this button will restore the tour to the last save point.
Note: Tour.httml, tour.xml and openstyles.xml will be loaded.
Click this button and select the published project (.tcrproj) you want to restore for editing.
Note: When publishing, files tour.xml and openstyles.xml will be encrypted. In addition, viewers (tour.js and tour.swf) can be protected. All this will make the tour unavailable for editing. For more information, see the publication of the tour.
Note: You can add panoramas to the tour without opening it in the editor. In this case, select the tour.html and path to the krpano (krpano Tools.exe).
